Cisco Systems' US sales organization wanted to leverage Cisco's leading internet communications reputation to grow their presence in the small and medium business market. The idea was to create topical, informative news-based videos directed to business and to technology decision- makers to drive awareness and leads. The social media approach included interactive video sessions, a site where viewers could access a library of topics, ask questions and leave comments.
