Cisco Systems' US sales organization wanted to leverage Cisco's leading internet communications reputation to grow their presence in the small and medium business market.  The idea was to create topical, informative news-based videos directed to business and to technology decision- makers to drive awareness and leads. Tokat Marketing was hired to create the brand, messaging and web presence of this program. The social media approach included interactive video sessions, a site where viewers could access a library of topics, ask questions and leave comments. Registered video audience broke 10,000 in the first quarter of operation, greatly exceeding previous lead generation initiatives to this market.
